Mr Bond is the Broker Manager for the Better Home office which is located in Atlantic Highlands. He is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both New Jersey and New York. He also is a licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut. He previously has served as a New Jersey Mortgage Banker and as an investment banker who specialized in structured financings of real estate. His areas of exertise include loss mitigation consulting, re-marketing of foreclosed properties as well as residential real estate brokerage.
He has successfully worked with a wide range of clients from high-profile/high-net-worth individuals, international investors and corporate clients to first-time homebuyers seeking equally attentive representation. His experience representing both buyers and sellers covers a broad spectrum of transactions that include single and multi-family homes, condos, commercial and business sales in central New Jersey.
He is skilled in the use of many advanced technologies that enables Better Homes to achieve a high level of success in the marketing of New Jersey Bayshore property for its clients.
