Karen Scarpa is a licensed Realtor since 1989 and co-owner of Better Homes NJ.COM VRI Realtors Monroe Twp. Branch office. Ms. Scarpa has resided in the Central New Jersey area for over 26 years and is very knowledgeable with the communities located in this area: previously she resided in Staten Island, New York.
Ms. Scarpa has helped numerous Buyers and Sellers obtain Residential, Commercial & Investment properties during her 20 years in the Real Estate Industry. She believes that it is important to educate Buyers and Sellers, so they can make fiscally sound and informed decisions when purchasing, selling or leasing Real Estate.
Education
Ms. Scarpa practices what she preaches when it comes to education and has attended numerous training courses including Floyd Wickman's Sweat Hogs, Mark Leader Master Sales and Anthony Robbins Programs. Ms. Scarpa has achieved the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation from the National Association of Realtors. This Designation is achieved by completing a specialized course of study and demonstrating the knowledge and understanding needed to advice and counsel Baby Boomers, Active Adults and Seniors through their "Transitional Times".

Ms. Scarpa's involvement with numerous community service organizations like Habitat for Humanity: Business Networking International Jamesburg/Monroe "Falcons" Chapter currently serving as President; Middlesex and Mercer Counties Chambers of Commerce, serving on the Business After Hours' and Women In Business Committees for the Middlesex Chamber, has enabled Ms. Scarpa to keep in touch with the pulse of the Central New Jersey Business Community.
